Stayed in a Three-Bedroom Apartment (No 11) for a night in Nov. It was huge and comfortable, enough space for children to run around. Amenities are good (washing machine and dryer available too). Contactless check in and check out. Free limited parking is also available at the back to the apartment, on a first come first serve basis. Many eateries are within walking distance from the apartment but you will have to drive to the main sights e.g. Sovereign Hill.

Everything. The owner Kevin was friendly & welcoming. He had just written a book and gave me a signed copy. The double room was impeccable with an excellent shower. Kevin had bought food and told us to work away, and even offered us some dinner that he made (we declined as we were going out for food with friends). There was free use of tv & streaming channels in the main room, and great chats between us and Kevin about life, sport and daily events. Staying here for 2 days felt like staying at home. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation any higher

Host was very friendly and welcoming! Gave a tour of the place when we reached. Stocked up fridge, sour dough bread and hot choc etc. Place is nice and electric blanket is just superb. Had a good night sleep in the cold weather. It's just a few mins away from Sovereign Hill. My boy had a good time playing at the yard. Wifi available too. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The 2 bedroom cottage was absolutely gorgeous it was just WOW so tastefully decorated spotlessly clean so well equipped with everything you needed including condiments. The beds were absolutely devine we just loved this cottage and would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay again if in Ballarat again
