Super convenient cabin, everything was perfect and felt just like home. Oven, stovetop, range hood, etc.—truly great and functional (special mention for the sharp knives, which are so rare and such a pleasure for cooking). The hot tub in the storm was an unforgettable moment that crowned it all.

We had a lovely stay here. Although remote, it was conveniently located for Landmannalaugar, Hella and the surrounding area. You need a 4x4 to access via gravel roads, but then that is what makes the place so special (gravel roads were well maintained when compared to the highlands - photo in review). Photos do not accurately represent the cottages... They are much nicer in person!

The property is I believe in an ideal location for the traveller who wants to do his own thing. Very well placed for drives out to geysirm, gullfoss and drives out to popular northern light hotspots Property is clean, very well priced in my opinion considering Iceland prices. Wifi was great. Bed comfy. The kitchen well equipped.
