Belcony Hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and carefully tidied up every day, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, full equipment (even separate washing and drying machine in each floor), kitchen and a lovely little balcony. The owner Luke is truly amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and had no issues whatsoever. The hotel is in a perfect central location in St. Julian’s, right next to the 24/7 grocery store (Spar) with great prices, very convenient! Air conditioning in the room made our stay super comfortable during hot days. Luke, especially thank you for giving us a late check-out, it made our last day and night flight home much much much easier and enjoyable. Everything was simply excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend Balcony Hotel to anyone looking for a 10/10 TOP stay in Malta. Without a doubt we’d choose this hotel again!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view. The bed was comfortable — not too soft and not too hard — which is very important for me because I usually struggle to fall asleep in apartments. Here, I fell asleep in no time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The balcony view is one of the greatest I have ever seen. The photos don’t do justice, the place is even bigger in real life. The host is very accomodating and will always do their best to ensure you have the best stay. Location is brilliant, everything is within 5/10 minute walking distance

Property owner was so nice, checked in frequently if everything was okay and responded quickly. Hotel was very nicely decorated and clean, big bed, hairdryer, amazing ac in all rooms. Area is great, close to the beach, good restaurants, grocerie shops, st julians and sliema (where you can get a 10 minute boat to Valletta) but not a loud area so you can sleep well. Nice small balcony with chairs. Also has a lift. Overall great hotel.

Amazing location extremely good facilities, including a washing machine, oven full size fridge dishwasher and all the other amenities to have a great stay. Security, since you can only get to your floor with the key card. Beds are super comfortable. Nothing is cheaply made it's not just a bare bones flat everything is planned. The view is amazing there's shadow till 3:00 there's free access to a pool at 11th floor and access to the rooftop pool as well but only for two people so keep that in mind. As it is in paceville there's a lot of noise coming from the ground due to all the bars but at the 18th floor you have minimal noise and once you close the doors there is none.

We really liked the stay in this apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the bus stop, shops, cafes. Beautiful sea view and pleasant atmosphere. The beach is right nearby. Everything looks just like in the photo. The advantage is two bathrooms and two large bedrooms. We really enjoyed this stay, the owner is very helpful. We definitely plan to come back here. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy balcony.     The location, with the view over Spinola Bay, was fantastic. From the building entrance to the apartment balcony was immaculately clean and felt safe. Richard, the owner, was helpful and available for any issues without being intrusive. The apartment was huge, with 2 large bedrooms, both ensuite and a good sized kitchen, dining and living room area. It was very quite once inside. Beds were comfortable. We looked at a quality hotel in the bay, but for the cost and.space this apartment knocked it out of the park.
