Very clean bedsit apartment with all you need to stay. Neighbourhood is non-touristy but lots of small shops and stalls, and you can walk down to Patan restaurants in less than 10 mins. I would dock a point or two because the apartments all face the (not very busy) back-street and it's a little noisy if you're a light sleeper as it's single-glazed. But the staff were so nice and helpful, I'll bump the score back up to a nine.

Located in a quiet area, yet a few minutes walk away from all kinds of shops and a huge supermarket. This house is very spacious and full of daylight. The kitchen is equipped to cook a good meal, also a blender. Filtered water available. The place is kept clean. I stayed in a single room and also the queen room. Both rooms were spacious. Clean bathroom with hot water. Towels provided. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. It felt very safe and peaceful.

In the Patan district of Pātan, close to Patan Durbar Square, Subha Casa Hotel has a garden and a washing machine.

The room was very clean with all the amenities mentioned. The cosy and asthetic vibe of the room also added to the experience. It was a nice experience. Staffs were also responsive. They also have a restaurant in house which is definitely a plus.

I really liked the location, easy to move around and very peaceful place to retreat to once the day was over. I felt very comfortable in the space. The hosts were really helpful and friendly - they directed me to some great local spots and offered some really valuable advice about kathmandu and nepal in general.

Wonderful Homestay - Januka the host is a kind and caring person - wonderful breakfasts in the morning and the rooms are so nice!!!! Great yoga classes too every morning. It really felt like a home. Within good walking distance to major temples and sights to see in Kathmandu. Also super close (15 minute drive) to the airport which is very convenient :-)
