The property is very well located, the manager is very friendly and helpful, we had to check in late and we got a very detailed instructions how to self check-in, the apartment was very very clean and well maintained! We definitely recommend that place, next time in Hanoi we definitely will book it again!!

We had a lovely stay at An Nguyen Lakeside Residence. I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Hanoi! It’s in a quiet area right on the riverside with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Old Town is only a $2 Grab ride away. We stayed in Old Town before here and much preferred this location as our own oasis from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern. We also loved the staff, the women at the front desk were so friendly and happy to provide any and all recommendations. The daily salted coffee is a must! It truly exceeded our expectations and the price for the quality of this accomodation is second to none.

I was very impressed with the quality of service at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the cleanliness and tidiness in every detail. The room was spacious, airy, and neatly arranged, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring Hanoi. All amenities were thoughtfully prepared, from fresh bed linens to personal items, making me feel completely at ease during my stay. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally strong and stable, perfect for both work and entertainment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist guests. The quiet and cozy ambiance allowed me to enjoy restful and uninterrupted sleep. This will definitely be my top choice every time I return to Hanoi, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Staying with Huong and his beautiful family was one of our best experience in Vietnam. They are such beautiful people with a kind heart, welcoming, friendly, … Huong was more than happy to help us organise our day, he shared a lot of tips and "Must Do" in Hanoï and also shared some local delicious food :D They live in a authentic village 30 minutes away from the busy Town center and they offer us to use their scooter everywhere we wanted to go!     We loved our apartment, it felt like home. It was at the 7 floor, with an amazing view. It has everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, toiletteries). Very clean! Kind staff. There is also a common area where you can refill water for free. I loved that it seemed like they pay a lot of attention to the environment issues and try to choose sustainable options. Great location, on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants (15/20 minutes walk from the old quarter).

    The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is small but fantastic. They have an air fryer as well! The only real thing missing is forks. The staff are a little bit annoying but they just mean well. The bed is comfortable but not the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay again!
