Sheraton Hotels in Frankfurt/Main

From the minute we walked into the reception area until we left our experience was exceptional. We have stayed in another Frankfurt airport hotel due lack of rooms. Delighted to be back at the Sheraton. Thank you

The location is still excellent, and Sheraton can't be responsible for airport construction going on. The staff was uniformly nice and helpful.

Sheraton Frankfurt hotel was the perfect overnight hotel as it was just a short walk away from the terminal. We loved not having to stress about transportation to the airport. We felt like we got a full nights rest with the extended late checkout - as we were traveling with our baby. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff at the hotel was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay - to the extent of helping us with our luggage to our terminal on the day we departed. Pleasant Stay!

a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

I slept well. The bed was decent and the room was clean as you might expect from a Sheraton hotel. The place in itself is just fine and conveniently located at the airport.

Standard Sheraton room, no frills, very clean, practical for overnight stay with the next day morning flight. The hotel itself felt like a maze. One needed a map to get around.

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel can be reached without going outside of a building. There is a bridge between the airport and the train station with direct access to the hotel. Depending on your walking speed, you can reach the baggage drop-off points in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast is excellent, but it has its price. Besides the bed and a big bathroom, I had a big flat screen and desk for working.

Exceptional bell man. He was extraordinary helpful and made a difference to our stay. His contributions was significant and a story to tell. Certainly, our next airport stay will be again at Sheraton.
