SingaporeI love how welcoming Gita was the night I checked in. I had a terrible experience in a villa nearby and had to run away to a safer accommodation.
Gita was patient and so helpful to process my booking and check the room. There was another colleague, o forgot her name, but she brought me a drink, that was so nice also!
The room was clean and smelled good. Facilities were working as intended. The rainshower head had amazing pressure, the tub was clean.
Housekeeping staff was respectful and so efficient
Room service, Demas, was also very nice and helped me place an order when mine was mixed up.
The pool area was great too, plenty of lounging space. Pool was cleaned early morning.
Every hotel staff was helpful and so polite.

Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak met our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent AC and lighting. The large pool was aesthetically pleasing, providing a great space for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a satisfying start to the day. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The Vasanti suite was very spacious and pleasant. We loved our stay with the hotel. As per my earlier review on the room we stayed for first half of our trip, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to my next trip to bali with four points by sheraton seminyak.
