Sheraton Hotels in Senggigi

The old charm of the Sheraton grew on us over the week. The large pool area makes the hotel and is good for families. The staff are lovely and helpful. Gardens are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants. Our kids had a fun time here and enjoyed meeting others. They have some good sustainability initiatives like beach clean ups, looking after the turtles and cats. It is sad to see rubbish washing up in the stores.

Rooms are old but in very good condition. Well appointed. Nice balcony, large bath. AC is best encountered. Very controllable. Only small complaint is that the water pressure in shower is not too strong (perhaps becaue we had a room on the top floor). Otherwise, everything was great. The Sheraton has one of the most interesting pool designs ever encountered. Wonderful and magical for children and adults alike. Also the beach is very swimmable and quite nice.

The Sheraton Senggigi has a very friendly and helpful staff. We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. The pool & beach area is also beautiful and well maintained. We can highly recommend. We felt very welcome with our small children and would book it again.

Sheraton Senggigi has a huge and beautiful garden and pool. The staff is very kind and friendly. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 3 weeks, had a fantastic time there! The breakfast is fantastic, and it had a lot of vegan options!

The staff went out of there way to help with our activities - taxi's. . We will be back soon. Thank you the Sheraton. Lombok was paradise.

The hotel itself is of Sheraton level. . The services like massage, restaurant, staff at the reception etc are from a very high level. All our compliments to the excellent staff. Up to the piano concert we got at breakfast. Amazing and very appreciated. Also the breakfast and the dinner facilities we really very good. The garden and swimming pool as well as the beach are excellent maintained and of high quality. In total we can say we had an excellent stay in the Sheraton and will certainly return.

The pianist Hartono was fabulous. Please give him international Sheraton work experience and tour. He has his own electronic piano to take. He plays many personal requests for guests and is very friendly..... Otherwise I will sponsor him to move to international hotel in Melbourne, we need him there.

In the past we stayed at the Sheraton in Senggigi for a few years in a row. It had been 7 years since our last stay. Of course we wondered what would have changed. A lot of things changed in a positive way, but the most amazing thing was what didn't change: the warmth of the staff. The "older" staff still recognized us and were sincerely happy to see us and we were happy to see them. I think we'll go back to our yearly visits.
