I asked to get showed around, and it was great, because the place is so big, and it's nice to be showed around by someone who knows the place and where it's good to be during the day. And also to tell you what not to do.
I lost my suncreme and the employees were so nice to drive out to the store and buy a new for me.
Also they arranged a driver and a guide for me so I could see the temples near by and see the market.
Great experienced driver and guide, top class.

Samanta (& his team) and Mr Ravi - the Sous Chef, made us feel very special! The love and care added to the amazing taste of food.
Manishdeep @the reception made the start of our stay welcoming - we were happy to see him and his colleague when we left!
Sheraton has become our new favourite place thanks yo these very special people representing them.

We loved everything about our stay at Sheraton Grand. Our special appreciation goes to Miss Malika Chettri and Miss Avantika, both of whom extended their warmth and welcoming gesture and made us feel homely. Thanks to them, it was an experience of a lifetime being here with my family.
