Sheraton Hotels in Tokyo

Room was comfortable and quiet, hotel has a very nice view and a private garden with a pond, staff knew English, was polite and helpful. Very good for Shabbat keepers - the hotel gave us a mechanical key and showed us how to use the stairs, housekeeping disconnected the washlet, and the bell captain showed us the way to the synagogue.

We absolutely loved our time at the Sheraton. The room was very clean and modern with included toiletries and basic tea/coffee facilities (no milk). The beds were comfy and clean, we also had a cot for our 1 yr old which she had no issues with. The hotel extras included a pool, a gym, kids play room, arcade, flight simulator and laundry and they were all really awesome, we only wish we could have spent more time enjoying them. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We also made use of the shuttle service to the airport which stopped right at the door. We had buffet breakfast included which had lots of options for all kinds of eaters including children. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and family. The view from our room was across the bay and was STUNNING.
