United StatesWe really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Garden Grove - Anaheim South. The lounge area was lovely, and staying on the upper floors was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable, with soft cotton bedding and a cozy duvet. The room was exceptionally clean, and we even had a beautiful white bathrobe and slippers—though only one set, even though we were a couple. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent.

United StatesThe customer service was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful every time we had a question or needed anything. In addition, they were helpful with the service dog in our party and while all hotels have to allow them legally, we don't always get such kind and supportive staff so it meant a lot to us. We plan to stay here on a future trip since the location was decent and everyone working was so wonderful.

Nothing, the room was nothing like it was advertised it smelled gross, there was blood on the door jam of the bathroom and the bathroom door didn't close. This is NOT what you would expect from Sheraton.

The Sheraton’s location is perfect, offering convenient parking and surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained areas. It made our stay very enjoyable. We stayed at the concierge level and had complimentary drinks and snacks which was great.

The Sheraton is a beautiful property with a lush/garden pool/spa area, large lobby (very clean & beautifully decorated), large rooms with a view of Disney California. I would definitely stay here again. We were in room 711.

The staff from the door man to the delivery room service was over the top, almost as if it was scripted movie like just. A Great time..... celebrating my wife's Birthday 🎉🎉🎉 62nd....lots of great food places around the Hotel....sights and attractions...Great job Sheraton....will visit again soon.....my Birthday coming up in July....

The fantastic staff working in the Sheraton Club Lounge. Very welcoming, caring and an absolute credit to the Sheraton. 10 min walk to Disneyland. Clean modern look in new revamp.

A two year postponed trip was well needed. Sheraton and it’s employees made it the best trip I have ever had. Thank you for giving me the memories with my family.
