First of all, Petra, the owner of the guesthouse, is an extraordinary person. We had the misfortune of losing our car key somewhere 2 hours away by car. We had a spare key in the room, and Petra offered to bring it to us personally. The guesthouse is very well located, with daily cleaning, a varied breakfast, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is convenient when travelling by car from any close by airport. All inclusive food service was excellent with fresh variety of foods available each day, catering from babies to adults. We did not use the adult spa facilities but the family spa area had everything needed for a comfortable relaxation. The hotel has a kids club and wet wipes stations everywhere. We loved 'first ski' experience for toddles aged 3-5 years old everyday just outside the hotel. There is a grand playground and further children's activities each day. For older kids, the piste offers excellent ski schools which are 6 mins drive by car. Since it is a family run hotel, the staff excel in service. It is an excellent 4* hotel for a relaxing family holiday all year round.
