We had a fabulous experience. A family of four in 2 separate rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa, pool and sauna were very good. Loved everything.

Very well appointed. The Hahnenkamm gondola is an incredibly short walk as is the main walking area. I can’t imagine a better location. Tina the host is world class and made our stay that much better.

Located at 5.2 feet above Kitzbühel and reachable only by double-chair elevator, BichlAlm Berggasthof offers panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps as well as ski-to-door access and ski storage.

The building, our room, the privacy while still having a friendly and welcoming staff. The whole place is very cozy. It’s also special that you get to interact with one of the owners who renovated the space. The sauna is bar none the best sauna I’ve ever relaxed in. It should be a place to visit before you die stop.

Brilliant location, really near the gondola and the centre of town for restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Being able to buy a lift pass at reception was great. The boot room was handy for ensuring we didn’t have wet boots. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. Great having a mini bar and the prices for this were reasonable.

Beautiful Inn, great location ALL employees were extremely amicable, helpful, always looking after the guests From the ever smiling front desk ladies, to the restaurant staff ever so efficient and helpful, to the shuttle drivers always smiling and giving us helpful hints about the area
