It is one of those accommodations that you save for future vacations. I can only say good things about our stay. We were there with a newborn and 3 year old. Most importantly it was clean and warm with all needed facilities. Full appartment, playing room, nearby ski resort (7 min driving, and a bus option), ski storing area, outside playground and if you are lucky, a lot of snow :) Plus a small gift on check out.

We loved how the apartment was designed and how lovely it was to stay at pension Bacherhof. Kathy and family made it like we knew each other and made us feel welcome. The location was just great for us who are in love with the Obertauern ski resort. An additional wellness treat was just cherry on top that gave that special touch. We will definitely return! The property was very inviting and responsive on messaging. The facilities were clean, calm and accessible. The area is very quiet and walkable. There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk or a two min drive. There purpose of my trip was to explore, hike a bit in the Alps and have a quiet weekend. I booked this place because they had a sauna which after a long hike, came in very handy. The property hosts had many great recommendations for the area hikes and dining. As a solo, single female traveler who speaks English there was no problem in comfort and communication. The staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help. Checkin at 2:30pm Checkout at 10am Breakfast was from 7:30-10am. It had great hot and cold options for a simple way to start your day. There was a complimentary coffee and cake hour from 3pm-4pm The sauna upon request available from 3pm-8pm.

Everything about Stoaga's Waidblick is excellent. We experienced world-class hospitality at this family run establishment. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed interacting with the warm and friendly hosts and attentive staff. The adjacent restaurant provided a stellar selection of local dishes (and happily accommodated our late arrival). Breakfast was among the very best we've had. I highly recommend Stoaga's Waidblick.
