From arrival to departure, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was an unexpected gem that made the experience even more special. We had a wonderful time — the hotel was impeccably clean, furnished with exceptional attention to detail, and truly felt like a retreat. The food was absolutely incredible — each dish was a delight. It was a genuine pleasure to talk to every member of the staff, as well as the lovely managing couple — their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily take the lifts to do hikes and walk in the city center. We really enjoyed the Spa, the view and the food! Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home.

Excellent location and well furbished apartment. The rooms are all spacious, with each of the three bedrooms having storage. The two bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen appliances are all brand new, the lounge/dining room is more than ample for six, and the decor is great. The photos really don't do the apartment justice. I would definitely stay at the apartment again and would have no hesitation recommending it. As for Julie, she was a great host. Very responsive with all communication and provided lots of information.
