The property has an amazing location, we asked for a room with Matterhorn view and couldn’t be happier we did. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and super clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, this was our favorite hotel in our trip through Switzerland

Great location and barely a 2 min walk from the Zermatt train station. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a pick up and drop for us as we had heavy luggage with us. Great restaurant recommendations, the even helped in making necessary reservations. Victor at the front desk was very helpful and took care of every small need including going out of the way and assisting with a website to stream a football match as it was not showing on the to network, such kind of hospitality is hard to come by.

Location is near the train station, no issue with luggage as Location is not on the slope. Like the small kitchen also.They have laundry but we don't use it.

The hotel is small and you get a personal service, even if the hotel is full. The room we had was very spacious, the bad was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances (better than my own home 🙃). There is also a nice and clean spa. The Breakfast was wonderful. Everything looks renovated and super clean. Perfect location - close to the center and to the train station ,but quiet with Matterhorn view.
