Quiet place on a dead-end street. Comfortable free private parking. No hassle check-in – you’ll just receive a PIN via SMS prior to arrival – no need to contact/wait for anybody. The whole place was precisely clean but still cozy. Spacious room for skis/bikes with loops to lock your stuff and power outlets to charge e-bikes. The small kitchen had everything to cook a quick meal. The whole place was very quiet during my stay – probably cause the majority of guests were active during the day and wanna rest in the evening. In summary – everything was top notch and I will gladly return.

The building is on quite steep hill, the apartment is upstairs. Better consult street view on maps before getting there, as Google maps navigation directs you wrong way on one way street. The apartment is very spacious and very sunny. The neighborhood is very tranquil. The view from the window is beautiful. There was everything we needed as family of 5 in the apartment. The description and the pictures on the website are adequate. No need to worry about parking space. The host lives next building and meets you upon arrival with warm welcome. The apartment is very clean, the hosts take great care about helpful details. There are coffee capsules available, the dishwasher tabs, there is fresh dish-washing sponge etc. There are some Mongolian accents in the apartment, as the host’s wife is from Mongolia. The place must be even more beautiful yet challengeable in the winter.

The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

Very modern hotel with good quality materials (leather seats, heavy wood, nice carpet, heavy doors...all show quality material). Bathroom of equal quality. High water flow rate, big shower place... Beautiful view, alone on the top of the hill

It looks exactly like the pictures. Free private parking only a few meters away from front door. Check in was easy and direct. Apartment has good lighting and heating. Cosy and quiet. Everything looks new there. We had a short walk to a lookout point nearby, seeing the whole valley, playing sledge. It was a nice stay.
