We really enjoyed the hotel and the city. It was perfect for us. The hotel is very pleasant, the staff is kind and helpful. The family room is spacious and very comfortably organized. There were five of us and we didn't feel crowded. The beds and linens are excellent, the air conditioning is very quiet. A spacious and pleasant shower. Varied and delicious breakfast. The city is also very pleasant and we enjoyed walking around it.

Great experience, a lovely and cozy hotel, beautiful inside. The location was also great and each time there was a mountain view from my room. Very good food. Helpful and communicative staff. I definitely recommend it!

Large light room, view on mountains. Comfortable beds and very fresh beddings. The kitchen has all necessary things. The breakfast mainly consists of the same base, but some things vary from day to day. One can also have champagne for breakfast 🙃 Spa zone is quite big and comfortable, several saunas and big restroom. The receptionist eagerly helped us with everything we needed.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was super, too many options and every day something different. The room was really spacious with a really cosy and cute indoor balcony with an amazing view. You should try the pool and sauna. Perfect location also for visiting the thermal spa of the city!
