The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.

This journey was truly wonderful. Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Mickey and Mary went above and beyond to show my partner and I the best of Hakuba. Not only did they introduce us to outstanding local restaurants and onsens—they offered transport to and from the places we were interested in exploring! If it weren't for Mickey's recommended timing for our Tsugaike Nature Park outing, we would have missed our window into the most phenomenal views I have seen during my three years in Japan. Staff were so welcoming and arranging. Being able to have a free lift before check in was massively helpful. The location at the bottom of the slopes of Tsugaike is perfect too. A really positive and warm atmosphere - I highly recommend staying there!

Owners are very nice. Bob and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. A very nice place to stay. A very magnificent view at the rooftop to see the mountain range in Hakuba. Bob also drove us to the gondala by his car in the morning. This place is very foreigners friendly due to I can use English to communicate. Room is very spacious and amenities and things in the room are very good.
