Property was excellent. New apartment, with all needed equipment, plus additional details. Literally everything you might need. Location is great. The host was extremely nice, and very helpful. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Mavrovo.

The apartment is very new and beautifully furnished and finished. We were happy to stay here. From the window we saw the forest. My boyfriend had his 40th birthday and they left balloons for us in the room. The bed was very comfortable and cosy in a corner. In the month October there were almost no other guests in the surroundings which has pros and cons.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Lakeview Hotel. The staff kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise. The spa was relaxing and well-maintained, and the restaurant served delicious meals with a breathtaking view of Mavrovo Lake.

We stayed here only one night and it was everything we needed ! The instructions were easy to get in the house and out ! And it was clean with a nice view ! I recommend this place :)

If you’re here during winter (because I did), this accommodation is in the best location where it is just less than 2 min walk to the ski resort and there are plenty of ski rental places just right in front of the villa. It’s a villa where you have plenty of en suite rooms and everyone shares the common area (dining, kitchen, and living room) on the ground floor. There is a ground floor entrance and a first floor entrance from the back as well, so it’s super convenient for in and out, and they won’t get crowded at the entrances. The room itself is spacious, and I am happy with the price. About the heating system, I visited during early January, probably the coldest month, and I felt warm indoors all thanks to Branca, the house owner, woke up twice in the middle of the night just to keep the fireplace going. On our first night, we arrived late, close to midnight, and our car was stuck in the snow one street away. We couldn’t do anything to get it out. Branca, the homeowner, and her son, Andre, helped shovel and push our car and gave everything to bring us out of difficulties. Not to mention it wasn’t their responsibility and it was already time to sleep. But if you’re a potential guest reading up here, please don’t take this for granted and please be nice to them if you are staying here eventually. Also, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the accommodation if you are coming with a car.

The host. Vladko is very nice and helpful man. He offered all the help we needed and when one of our bikes broke, we were allowed to leave it here and pick up later. Also superfast responding via Whatsapp. The place. Nice bedrooms and huge living room with kitchen. Bars with local food and beer nearby, nice view of Mavrovo lake, quiet neighbourhood. We strongly recommend!
