The location is very close to the base of Palisades and an easy walk for food or drinks. For skiing there is a shuttle that runs all day so you can put your boots on in your room and get to the slopes easily. There is a room with a nice bed, tv, easy chair and bench, a separate large bathroom, and a family room with a kitchenette. There is a large couch and folding dinner table. Overall, the room(s) have a mountain cottage vibe.

Mother Nature’s Inn was in a great location in Tahoe city. Close to the waterfront with many excellent restaurants for food and drinks. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor was in keeping with that of the area and culture and could see it had been carefully and thoughtfully put together.

It was our second stay in this place. Base camp is amazing, location is great, love the common space with fireplace and smores, stuff is very friendly, rooms are very comfy and nice. Can't wait to get back :).

Every detail was thought out and executed perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful! I didn't want to leave! We have decided to make this a yearly trip, and want to continue to stay here.
