We were upgraded to a very beautiful suite which made our 9 days stay absolutely amazing! Thank you so much, Sheraton! Our bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was pristine and crispy. There was everything we needed. We had a wide variety of choice at breakfast. Everything was very fresh and appealing. The Sheraton building has been beautifully designed with ground floor having many little areas for reading with a nice cup of coffee and delicious dates.

I stay in a hotel during April 2023. The hotel is located on the shores of a wonderful bay with a promenade for walking, next to a beautiful palm park. The hotel service is at a high level, the staff is friendly, all issues were resolved quickly. I want to thank the administrator: Ahmed Nouh, reception: Ms Jamaica&Mr. Fairoos. I liked the hotel itself from check in to the very end. Thank you!
