We love this hotel. Visited it many times already. The staff is always so friendly, accommodating all our requests. We got a nice upgraded room as we were celebrating a special occasion. They also sent a surprise cake to our room and prepared a small decoration. Breakfast is outstanding. We will visit again.

Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Perfect location, perfect!! Spacious and modern "Standard" room, all rooms with the perfect sea view, the bathroom has a rain shower and marble floor, at the private beach (only hotel guests can enter) everything is there - enough toilets, shower places, towels, small restaruant, with grill and bar, fresh juice. Perfect water condition, clear water, clean beach and nice and soft sands. We booked the "Standard room" with half board with breakfats and we could choose between lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet as well as the dinner buffet was marvelous and just amazing - very authentic food with local spices and taste. During the complete stay the hotel staff was helpful, genuine friendly and courteous and creates a homy feeling.

Hotel is as it appered to me almost new . We were with one baby they provided baby cot. Room was with sea view and view is amazing . Iftar offer in room you get a lot of food for low price for UAE . Personel of hotel very polite , resposive and very helpfull. Beach is clean , sea is also very nice pool and sunbeds circle are super if you have baby also we noticed that the hotel is more for families and relax ans thats what we searched for . There was nothing we noticed that was bad at all. Nelson was very polite and helpfull.
