The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpfull and kind. The breakfast is perfect and the spa is really relaxing. We spent the last two nights of our holiday here because we wanted to relax, and that worked out very well; we spent the day at the pool and had lunch and diner at the restaurant, which was very good. The hotel was luxurious, clean and comfortable. Sauna, pool and jacuzzi were incredible (closes at 2200 so gives a lot of time for relaxation).The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and the bathrooms were clean. Breakfast had a large range and very tasty. Having free parking behind the hotel was also a big bonus and finding parking in Tirana is a nightmare!
