GeorgiaWe were upgraded to suit from premium. Room was big and clean. Unfortunately I dont know the name of the representative on desk, but he was sooooo helpful and kind. We travelled by car so we were very tired + hungry so we expressed our concerns about spa a bit roughly (you cant go together as a couple because the spa is separate for man and women) but he managed everything great and made our stay amazing. All the staff were great actually

Breakfasts are just fine, the spa center is a must-visit place in Armenia. I especially suggest this hotel because it's the only one in Gyumri that has a spa with pools, saunas, and massages.
