Can only say good things about this hotel. Beautiful place and amenities, brand new and very modern style. Loved the beds, the balcony with view over the garden and the little rivulet running by, the cleanliness, the shower,…everything. Top was the friendly and lovely staff. Breakfast was also exceptional. I travel a lot and here maybe it was not as huge in terms of choice as in bigger hotel chains, - but things were first quality, mostly bio, and there were all kinds of healthy options. Highly recommended.

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

    Most things about the hotel were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The main bed was king size and very comfortable. The spa and swimming pools were superb (one of the best I've seen). Plenty of towels everywhere. Breakfast was very good. The bar and restaurant was reasonably good too. Best of all was the service provided by all the staff. they were all very polite and attentive.

    Newly refurbished hotel is really well done, great bedroom, comfy beds, nice simple bar and friendly staff. Even though we did not eat in the top floor restaurant the views are fantastic. The spa facilities are extensive and the saunas are ... very hot!

    Spacious and comfortable modern clean room. The breakfast was extraordinary. Very special almost a brunch . The food was fresh and delicious. The Spa area was clean and very relaxing. Tea and healthy snacks where available. The hotel restaurant was also of very good quality.

    The was marked by the exceptional friendliness of the staff across all areas, including reception, restaurant, breakfast, and wellness. The sauna area is notably superb, offering a spacious and well-maintained environment. The breakfast variety was impressive, catering to diverse tastes, and the dining area provided a scenic view which enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend the hotel itself.

    I loved the hotel! The room was super cozy and clean, and the staff was really friendly. They even warmed up the food I brought from outside. The breakfast was AMAZING and totally worth it. The spa and wellness facilities were great too. I'd definitely come back, and they even gave us a wine bottle as a New Year's gift!
