The hotel is great, all the staff is making their best effort to keep your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The SPA area is amazing, especially the open swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Loved our stay, would love to visit this hotel again

Everything! The property is amazingly beautiful, stuff caring and friendly and helpful, location is outstanding and spa - is art of work! They thought about all the details and made my stay long lasting memory! ski/snowboarder shoes are warmed up in the storage, food is delicious, shower has its own place in my heart , bed is comfortable, bridge system give you a very unique stroll and they also pick you up and bring you to the lifts . They even notice I am eating vegetarian and proposed me out of menu dishes! I didn’t ask, they noticed! How cool is that?

Exceptionally good hotel. Spa is perfect, it’s big and not crowded. Few days we were alone there. Relaxing massage jets are super. Good breakfast, with tasty pancakes :) Staff is very friendly and real dog lovers. We received dog bad and 2 plates for our Golden Retriever. Location is nice, near the bus stop. 10-15 minutes to the center by walk.

Responsive and friendly staff, the owners always ready to help with any issue, great room service. Nice breakfast and really exceptional dinner - my advice is booking the dinner and enjoy every day perfectly cooked and served delicious food. Location is good in the walking distance from almost anywhere in the Mayrhofen, a few minutes walking time to the skating rink (in summer - tennis court) and to the adjacent to it water center with basins, saunas, etc.
