We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool. The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside.
