I would like to mention Mr. Patrick from the restaurant who was very welcoming, professional, friendly always there when we needed something breakfast time. The housekeeping lady, one with Caribbean accent and one with Spanish accent, were very accommodating.Thank you, we had a great time.

The suite was fabulous. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice selection of coffees. Complimentary artisan chocolates were a nice touch. Appreciated turn down service and complimentary bottle of wine that was offered upon checking-in. All staff were courteous. Enjoyed a bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier in the lounge One Restaurant. Returned later in the evening for dinner. Meals were excellent. The hotel's location is near Casa Loma where we took in the Holiday Lights.
