Everything. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and even looked cheerful. Food was awesome. Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. I was surprised at the nice service during breakfast. The fact that you can eat and enjoy the view at the same time was a huge plus. The room was clean and pleasant. Shower was amazing with very strong water pressure and warm/hot water. And the spa! I have never experienced such a pleasant and spectacular spa. They had so many options - the jacuzzi, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, etc. Definitely coming back for the spa. You can even enjoy the scenery during the spa. The view! Probably one of the most beautiful views even in the whole Switzerland. The Blausee lake is right in front of the hotel. A special shoutout to Peter! You were truly helpful and the hotel gave me another reason to come back to Switzerland. Hope to see you again soon!

A perfect 10! Adelboden is in a most peaceful & serene valley with many activities & viewpoints to enjoy. Yet, it is not over-run with tourists. A respectful, kind & friendly atmosphere prevails. Staff is always there to serve you. Enjoy a fabulous breakfast & quality dinner choices. What a pleasure to return to the Adler after a day’s activities & hit the sauna or whirlpools, then a relaxing swim before dinner. This is a real vacation in my opinion. I am longing to return already!

Breakfast was delicious and the scenery around the hotel was breathtaking. Ate dinner there too, was a bit expensive but delicious.

The room was very clean and we got a balcony room with the view. It was lovely. Breakfast was healthy and delicious!

First of all the staff was amazing whether in restaurant or bar or at the pool they were all over n beyond helpful.. super friendly receptionist with a smiley face & great authentic tips.. the design of the hotel is amazing.. beautiful and comfortable room.. great spa and outdoor pool.. yummy restaurant & bar.. The small details make it even more special.. beautiful fresh flower vases, the shampoo n conditioner in the shower very good quality u don’t usually find in 5 star hotels, super comfortable bed mattress, shuttle driver to the ski station very friendly, nice books all around the lobby area, DJ on Saturday afternoon, billiard room.. We loved it overall & totally recommend it!! will surely be back thankyou ❤️

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredible, the food amazing. The warm infinity pool and spa was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Our room was spacious and gorgeous with an excellent coffee in room option. Lenk is a lovely town and not as busy as Gstaad. A perfect place to spent many days and relax.
