We absolutely loved this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the centre of Saas-Fee but in a quiet location. It's architectural design is beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toiletries were really nice. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We really appreciated being able to have an early breakfast and being given a little bag of snacks and water after we came back from a long day in the mountains - it is small details like this that really makes this hotel special. Room service was great as well. The transfer service to the bus station was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

Home away from home. Amazing location, marvellous view, great wellness area, rich homemade breakfast, such a family-owned gem in Saas Valley. The owners treat guests with warmth and kindness. The cable cars are included, so it is a perfect location for families with children. Will be coming back again.

Excellent personel from the hotel, , awaiting at door step greeting us on arrival in the freezing cold weather at 7 pm in the night..truly appreciate all the detailed patient explanation of the facilities and excellent jacuzzi and sauna within the room, Welcome champagne on ice bucket...
