The reception and wait staff provided exceptional customer service. Jorge, a waiter at the onsite restaurant, was welcoming, funny, attentive to our needs, and an absolute asset to the hospitality industry. The hotel is clean and located within steps of the Corviglia ski hill. The onsite and offsite spa provided an excellent place to relax and unwind.

The hotel is beautiful. and you can tell is a St. Moritz landmark. We were very impressed with the rooms, the food, the service and how the staff goes above and beyond to take care of it´s guests. The details for our kids were amazing, from stuffed animals to free ice cream. We would love to go back.

We had to check-out early, before the breakfast, to catch the early morning train from St. Moritz to Tirano. Hotel Reine Victoria kindly provided us a very good packed breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Everything! location was perfect, near the train station and on the lake. Staff was so helpful and pleasant, despite being busy. Breakfast was the best buffet I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot! Spa was fun and FREE. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. I only regret we only had one night here!
