Best customer service ever. Friendly and accommodating throughout. I came back late from a hike and they kindly extended the dinner hours without a grouch. The hotel is located right in front of the train station, there's a Coop next door and a self-service laundromat at the building (reception will help with more info). The views are breath-taking and you can take the train to Kleine Scheidegg and take another from there to the Jungfraujoch (The top of Europe). Lauterbrunnen is just down the hill, the train runs every half-hour and the ride is only 13 minutes. The hotel has two restaurants (great steak) and there are many around (pizza, pasta, steak, and Santos has the best burgers 🍔😋)

Amazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)
