Location is near the train station, no issue with luggage as Location is not on the slope. Like the small kitchen also.They have laundry but we don't use it.

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.

Opened in December 2012, Hotel Matterhorn Lodge is located in the historic center of Zermatt. Decorated in a classic Alpine style, it features a wellness area with 3 different saunas.
