I got the tropical corner room with beautiful sea view. I felt so happy there drinking coffee on the balcony and enjoying the view. Food in restaurants looked and tasted very good. Nice smiling and caring staff. Beautiful garden. Free shuttle to Manuel Antonio town and beaches.

Incredibly beautiful location with many animals in the trees. We saw monkeys, sloths and many birds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and lunch there, both were great.

Wonderful hotel. Convenient with a free shuttle to the beach and national park. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding, and all the staff amazing! We also had dinner two nights and loved it. Would love to return anytime.

Excellent location. High standard room. Very clean and special. Charming and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. A hotel that also carries out activities to preserve nature in a professional and serious manner. The hotel assigned us a staff member, Gary, a courteous professional with an amazing sense of service and tourism. Gary accompanied us for another two or three weeks before arrival, offered us service, and was available for any questions and requests even during our stay.

Arenas Del Mar in Manuel Antonio is simply outstanding! The ocean view is breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Plus, they have games in the room for rainy days - a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to three outstanding individuals who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. 1. Kevin Varelo - A Warm Welcome Upon my arrival at Manuel Antonio Hotel, I was greeted by Kevin, one of the hotel's receptionists. His warm and friendly demeanor instantly made me feel at home. Kevin was not only efficient in the check-in process but also took the time to provide me with valuable insights about the local area and the must-visit attractions in Manuel Antonio. His local expertise proved to be invaluable during my stay, as I was able to explore the hidden treasures of the region, all thanks to his recommendations. 2. Alberto Merlo - A True Concierge Another standout receptionist at Shana By The Beach Manuel Antonio Hotel was Alberto. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Alberto seemed to have an uncanny ability to anticipate my needs, offering assistance with booking tours, arranging transportation, and even securing dinner reservations at some of the area's top restaurants. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience were truly commendable. 3. Kevin - A Trusty Chauffeur Kevin, the hotel's chauffeur, was the third member of this exceptional team. Whether it was transporting me all over the hotel or helping us out with the check in process, Kevin's professionalism and knowledge of the local roads and wildlife added a layer of comfort and excitement to my stay. His passion for sharing the beauty of Costa Rica with guests was evident, and I felt safe and well-cared for throughout every journey.

Staff was great. Location is awesome 5 min to the National Park and close to everything. The breakfast was great, really appreciated the variety of choice and also their restaurant was great. The pool is great to chill and spot some Iguanas or Agutis at the property. Staff was really helpful to organize us a night tour.
