It was perfect, the Castle looks like exactly as on the photos, the room was excellent (Deluxe room), the Spa & Wellness was spectacular, the pool was enormous, the Jacuzzi and sauna was great, the massage treatments were super good, the parking was well resolved, great spaces, and the authenticity & atmosphere of the castle and the garden was beyond expectations, not to speak about the exceptional pine forest which surrounded the complete area, providing a marvelous view. The meals were also perfect, the breakfast with multiple choices was always delicious, and contentiously available during the complete morning. We had lunch & dinner at the local Tavern Restaurant, for twice I had Duroc roasted pork tenderloin, that had dreamlike taste, it was a different level of experience, the chef did an awesome job there. Overall it was really good, I truly recommend to try this place, it was one of the best experience that we had ever.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is superb. We absolutely loved the SPA/Swimming pool area, it has a very warm cozy vibe. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect, my 7 year old daughter and I have used pool at least twice a day. I've ordered a Classic massage with Ivana and it was wonderful as well. I liked the fact that hotel has a Kid's play room, it's very helpful when you travel with kids. Thank you for that! We have only positive feedback:)

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. I cannot imagine who were those people who rated this apartment less than 10. It's a fabulous apartment located in the old city. There's a lot of small design details that you keep noticing during the whole duration of the stay. Size of the apartment and its design makes you feel like you are back in the beginning of 20th century, but with all modern technology - dishwasher, sauna, etc. Coffee machine is worth mentioning separately. Coffee was great and we enjoyed drinking it from the fancy cups.
