Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

Amazing and hospitable staff. From the moment we arrived, the valet was welcoming and the hostess was so warm and inviting. Definitely a great crew of people working here!

Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the interior design is absolutely mesmerizing, the atmosphere and vibes of the hotel is really creative. I loved every detail in there.

Incredible Hotel, beautiful facilities and perfect location, could not recommend more! Martín from the Rooms Division gave an increíble service, that has almost been unmatched across my stays! He patiently helped us with delivering medicines left at the hotel to another part of the country and made all the arrangements.

The best hotel that you can in the Black Forest.It is situated near the Mummelsee lake and the view over the forest is astonishing.Big parking with reserved places for the guests in case that the main parking is full ( you need to ask for the key at the reception to open the chain for guests parking ).Very clean rooms with a lot of spaces, big tv, big bathtub with everything that you neet from the slippers to coats, bureau and everything. There is nothing that I coud add to make the room better.It is just perfect.Also nice restaurant with great food at affordable prices and all the staff from the reception to the restaurant are very nice and polite. The breakfast has everything to offer, it is very generous and the food very good.The I had in Germany so far. Just perfect.
