This was the best hotel that we stayed in. The breakfast was delicious the variety of food was good. We really enjoyed the afternoon snack. Dinner was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. bed and pillows very comfy. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. The location was excellet. The service from all the staff at Hotel Zugspitz was awesome!

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! I have never given a hotel full 10 points and I have stayed in quite a few. There is a nice little bar downstairs where you can buy little snacks and drinks. Everything was new and clean. Very nice atmosphere all together with the beautiful mountains surrounding. The whole personnel were very very nice and helpful. If I am in the area again, I will definitely choose this hotel again without a question.

Everything is great: design of lounges zones, level of comfort, kids and family friendly hotel, great spa zone (really great), big pool, spa zone for kids, outside pool with heating- nice place to relax after ski day. Amazing breakfast! We liked everything and we will be back !
