This is a new and stylish hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast rivalled 5-star hotels I have stayed in in the past. In my key areas of hotel quality: beds, pillows, towels and hot water - 10/10. Difficult to think how Grefis could have been better, especially at the price paid.

The apartment was modern, clean and bright and had everything we needed for a one week stay. Lukas provided simple but thorough instructions to enter the apartment and for the parking and he was always available to answer any questions. There is a fantastic Bavarian restaurant Die Neuen Bürgerstuben about 4 minutes walk from the apartment plus a small shop downstairs which seems to always be open! Overall I would definitley recommend this apartment for a comfortable yet affordable stay in Munich.

The house is well equiped. Owner gave very clear directions to enter the house. Location of the house is perfect, it offers nice walk to the lake, grocery stores are very close. We had a very relaxfull stay!
