Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the menu was very rich and delicious. Our room was in the annex building of the hotel and it was more spacious than enough. Its lake view together with the forest and mountain was unique.

Quality, clean, comfort with an exceptional staff that were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent with good options and again a very friendly, helpful staff.
