Amazing facilities ranging from relaxation areas to wellness to the private beach access. Amazing design balancing modern and quaint aesthetic. Super comfy rooms and beds. Great food, amazing breakfast. Spotless everywhere. And super super nice staff always willing to help and give great service (absolutely not a given in Germany). Breakfast and wellness area (which included 2 saunas, pool and a massage table) were great. Owner was very friendly and talked with the guests at breakfast and even gave me a lift when I needed to go to train station in the rain and did not have umbrella. You could also enjoy the view while having your breakfast from the terrace of the hotel. One could easily get to Lake Eibsee by bus which was just a few steps away from the hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful which sums up that it was a very good service. We loved the sauna and the huge lounge. In the summer time, one can go hiking to the nearby mountains. The sauna and wellness facilities are very diverse and can meet various needs. The hotel also provides various kinds of massage. The hotel personal is not complicated and provides attention to the customers.
