Good location and very kind and pleasant service by the staff. All facilities are in great condition. Breakfast and dinner included in half board were with very high quality and great selection of dishes which varied from day to day so there were always new options available when having a meal.

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! We had a wonderful honeymoon at Werdenfelserei from 7 to 16 March. The hotel is really good looking (design) and clean, can't say anything bad about that. The whole staff is really nice and do their job very good and the welcome drink and the bottle of wine on the last night is very appreciated (despite my wife is pregnant, she'll drink it in a few weeks) We loved the spa and swimming pool and the area (park and close to the city center) is perfect. The breakfast is one of the best we've ever had.

Exceptional hotel with lovely rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. All hotel facilities were great Breakfast and dinner were both amazing and varied. The restaurant and bar were truly great The outside swimming pool with warm water was very picturesque, with breathtaking mountain view And of course the place itself was magnificent
