They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed. Fantastic Stay! We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Very good location. Nice breakfast in the hotel. Plenty of space between vehicles in the car park. (We had a big car.). Very friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and airy rooms. Fast free WiFi.

Beautiful building set in nature, stylish decor, manicured garden, very friendly and professional staff (thank you especially Elvira), pet friendly, fabulous breakfast and exceptional dinner. No time to visit the spa due to very late arrival but I am sure it as nice as the rest.
