The hotel and the location are exquisite. The food can vary from excellent to ok from dish to dish but all that is minor in comparison to the quality of service. This is probably one of the best trained teams I have ever encountered. They have purpose and do everything with pleasure and a smile. It makes for a total luxury experience. This hotel is like a castle over the samana town. What did i like? The great location, as the samana bay is my favorite spot in DR. The breathtaking views over the sea from the very comfortable room, from the pool, from the elevators... what else? The staff, very friendly n helpful..the large choice of nice food... What else? The decoration of the hotel, full of nice paintings, the excursions available around samana bay (seeing the whales is a must)..what else? The large pool with seaview and bar... Everything was great as a matter of fact...Ah cherry on the top: an incredible elevator that brings you right to the beach!

Really good stay! Our room was on the ground floor with views of the ocean. The patio was nice and big as well! We had all the amenities required for the stay. The breakfast bar/restaurant and the pool had amazing views as well! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. Attentive and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is unbeatable with view on Samana bay. It has a private beach and a free of charge transport to the nearby cayo levantado island. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We fell in love with the hotel and its location so much that we decided to prolong our stay for a few more days. The food was great and diverse and the service was impeccable. there are plenty of different cocktails and local premium drinks included in the all inclusive offer. The hotel threw a wonderful dinner and experience for new year’s eve. everything was magical. We are already looking forward to repeating our stay next year.
