We loved the facilities, everything was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly! A special thank you to Merna for checking us in smoothly and upgrading our room to one with a sea view! Also a thank you to the lovely cleaner Ahmed that left our room spotless! The breakfast buffet was so good- so many options!! And finally we visited the Italian restaurant on the premises and were very pleasantly surprised- the food was very delicious and the service was great.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, staff were extremely helpful and cooperative and the location was perfect.
