Everything, the room.was big, very clean and comfy. The spa was one of the best we have been, the breakfast was great and had cooked food, fruit, cereal, meat and cheese, cakes, it had everything you could need.

The staffs have been helpful with my midnight check in and the location is central. I made another booking a day after but my plan changed last minute and Victoria was kind to assist me with the cancellation. Lastly, the walking tours were good!

It is very central, close to buses and the train station. It is also very well kept, safe and the rooms are great with amazing views. The staff we excellent, warm and friendly.

Everything was perfect: location close to Prado museum and very lively, but still inside. Nice breakfast, with an option to order eggs at the table. Top!

Bar staff were great, fabulous location, beautiful old hotel but with modern rooms and very comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Spa also very good. Food was good in restaurant as well
