"I can't describe the beauty of the hotel; it really feels like home. I loved the hotel so much, it is full of positivity and the hotel manager, Therese, gave us a free upgrade to a suite."He was attentive to ensuring our comfort and all our needs were met. Kamal and Fabian were also very helpful with making our restaurant reservations and giving us suggestions. I really cannot describe in words the beauty of this hotel and the kindness of the staff. The location is spectacular, with a privileged view of the mountains, even in summer. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is of excellent quality. I tried some dishes from room service and also liked them a lot.

I don't know where to start: the location, the staff, the breakfast, the beds, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere... everything top notch. We really enjoyed our Xmas getaway to this magical place in Megeve. The staff went above and beyond to help us by recommending us what to do & see during our stay. Laureen, Benjamin, Oscar and the rest of the team were so great. You rarely find so thoughtful and considerate staff. The rooms were nice, I would prefer better light in the bath to do my make up properly but that's fine, I managed. Beds super comfortable, the heat was great, the soundproof of the rooms too, can't find a fault. Hopefully when we go back to Megeve we will make sure to book there again. thank you guys, we had a great time.

    Extremely nice and cosy hotel with a great view and half-pension: both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Dinner menu was quite small but for two-night stay we could choose different courses for the two dinners. We also enjoyed hammam and sauna alone both evenings. Lots of hiking routes nearby, car needed to most of them to get to the starting points.

    top floor room with great views of the mountains. friendly staff. food at breakfast and dinner was very good. sauna/steam is good. ski lockers great. location 3 minute walk to lifts. 30 seconds walk to ski rental shop.

    The location is perfect, close to Megève, and not too far from Chamonix. The Combloux village at the bottom of the hill has all you need too. A good couple of supermarkets nearby. Great walks around with beautiful views, we would have probably been fine without a car too. The flat was very spacious, modern and clean, and it had all we would need for a two weeks stay, and cooking at home. The swimming pool and spa is a real luxury, not something you’d expect with apartments.
