Reception and check-in was great, staff very kind and friendly. Breakfast is unfortunately starting too late (from 8 am) and i needed to take a train but it was my fault, I should have checked before paying it. Room was good size for a single guest (as a double room) but probably a bit small for 2 people. Really clean and comfortable. I had dinner there as well and the service was very good. Even if I came out of season at Blackpool,the place was nice to stay in.
