Beautiful hotel and staff are superb! All staff in hotel were incredible but especially staff at breakfast. It has been a long time since I have found such fab service. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff are complete asset and would not stay anywhere else if I was in area again

We absolutely loved our stay in Windsor. This place was amazing from the moment we walked in. The cleanliness, styling, view of the castle and facilities were all top notch and to top it all off you are located right in the town, so access to everything is literally on your doorstep. We arrived very early from the airport but the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful and did not mind. I was also very thankful as the receptionist let me use the spa facilities to shower and change after a long haul flight which was very needed. The hotels location is lovely on the water and the facilities were excellent.
