I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay truly special. The spa was perfect for relaxation, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. One of the most unique hotels I've ever stayed in. Lavishly decorated, still brand new but with a traditional feel. Every room has it's own thinker-theme... mine was Buddha. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast, spotlessly clean. Just a stone throw away from the DLR-station. I would love to stay again.
